We go the extra mile to make the Proof Management office an ideal place to build a rewarding career. Lindsay, our firm’s President, explained that we highlight a top performer each month in our team member spotlight series. We also celebrate people’s birthdays with donuts and other sweet treats. There’s even an office book club, where we discuss the most interesting reads from the business world and well beyond. Not to mention, our leaders get excited about innovation, which makes all of us feel appreciated as we work toward unique on-site sales promotions.

Our giveback events help define our inspiring work atmosphere as well. We always strive to make our community a better place. We wear pink on Wednesdays for breast cancer awareness and go grey in May for brain cancer awareness. Our extensive travel plans also bring us closer as teammates. We often combine our social impact efforts with visiting new places.
